Caring for your Memor. piece.

  • Take it off before showering, swimming, or working out — water and sweat dull the shine over time.
  • Apply lotions, perfume, and hairspray before putting it on.
  • Store it dry, in the pouch it arrived in, away from other jewelry.
  • To clean — gently buff with the soft cloth tucked inside your Memor. box.

Treat it kindly and it will keep its quiet shine for years.

Shipping. Orders ship from St. George, Utah within 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75. International shipping is available at checkout.

Returns. If your piece doesn't feel right, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund or exchange — unworn, in its original packaging. We're a small team and we read every note. Reach us at hello@memorjewelry.com.

Permanent jewelry and final-sale items are non-refundable.

Necklaces. Most Memor. chains are 16" with a 2" extender so they sit gently at the collarbone. Bar and pendant pieces are intentionally dainty — meant to be layered or worn alone.

Bracelets. Adjustable from 6"–7.5" unless noted in the description. Permanent jewelry sizing is custom-fit in person at our St. George, UT location.

Rings. Whole sizes 5–9. If you're between sizes, size up — gold-filled bands run slightly snug.
